　事业单位人员演讲稿

　 首先，我衷心感谢所领导搭建了这样一个平台，感谢各位领导、同事的信任和支持，让我有机会参加竞争上岗演讲。我今年 37 岁，本科学历，经济师职称，××年 12 月入伍，在部队服役，××年 10 月入党，××年 6 月从部队转业到所里工作。到单位以来，我一直在所办公室担任驾驶员工作，六年来，我能立足本职，爱岗敬业，恪尽职守，任劳任怨，注重学习，积极发挥主观能动性，比较好的完成了各级领导交给的交通保障任务，并且做到了行车安全无事故。作为一名驾驶员，我不仅做了一名驾驶员应该做的工作，而且，我还利用与各位领导和同志们下乡、进厂开展科技服务的有利时机，自觉加强学习，提高自身的素质，主动地参与了科技项目撰写、申报工作，并积极承担了单位的摄像以及新闻报道工作，为宣传科技工作，提高我们。

　所的知名度作出了应有的贡献，本人也因此被××日报社评为 2008 年度《先进通讯员》。在 2005 年和 2008 年年度考核中，我先后被评为优秀，今年还被局机关党委评为优秀共-产-党员。这些成绩和荣誉的取得，都是在座各位领导的关心，同事们的帮助、支持的结果。

　我竞争的岗位是办公室副主任。大家都知道，办公室的工作具有综合性、全局性、服务性

　各位导、同事们，所里组织开展的这次竞争上岗活动，

　对我来说已经是一个很大的锻炼和提高。借此机会我也想表个态，无论结果如何，我都会做到成功不自满，落选不气馁，坚决服从组织安排!一如既往地做好本职工作，为所里的各项工作做出自己应有的贡献。

　从我做起，做好本职工作

　尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的同事们：

　大家好!我是 xx 市机关事业单位社会保险办公室的xx-x，很高兴参加今天的这次演讲，我演讲的主题是“从我做起，做好本职工作”.xx 市机关保险办承担着全市机关事业单位社会保险的征缴和离退休及遗属人员的待遇发放工作，这些都是与我们息息相关的，作为保险办公室的一位工作人员，我深感荣幸和自豪。在工作中，我们认为应该从我做起，做好本职工作，秉承真情相助的服务理念，为全市机关事业单位服好务。作为个人来讲我觉得应从以下几个方面努力改进自己：

　1、加强学习，提高自身综合素质和业务水平。在工作生活中，努力做到严以律己，真诚待人，微笑服务，按照一名机关工作者的要求规范自己的言行，自觉遵守国家法律、法令及各项规章制度，爱岗敬业，作风扎实，不谋私利，时时处处以严格的标准要求自己。同时积极创新思路，改进工作方法。

　 2、做好社会保险基数审核工作，维护职工合法权益并保证无一人漏缴，基数不差一分，离退休金发放准确无误。

　3、认真做好指纹鉴定数据采集工作。在指纹采集过程中，积极宣传社会保险政策和法规。听取老同志对保险工作的意见,对他们的疑问进行解答,能当场处理的当场进行处理,不能处理的及时向领导进行汇报。

　4、认真做好报表统计工作。按时完成报表工作，保持数据的连续性和时效性。及时做好统计资料的归档工作，保证统计资料的完整性。

　以上是我在实际工作中总结的经验和个人观点，还望领导批评指正。
